Re: Term 2 (2022/2023) PARENT-TEACHER MEET (PTM)

Please be informed that the PARENT-TEACHER MEET (PTM) for the term 2 (2022/2023)
examinations, will be held on Friday, 19th of May 2023. It will be a hybrid PTM, therefore,
you have the option to attend it physically in school or to attend it online via Microsoft
teams.

Please fill in the details on the e-form to schedule an appointment for the meeting: -

Please select the student’s homeroom teacher and the date, 19th of May 2023 when
scheduling an appointment. Kindly schedule an appointment by Friday, 12th of May 2023.

For those opting to attend the PTM at school, you may show up at the school according
to the time selected. For those opting to attend the PTM online, you will receive an
invitation link via email.
There will be no active teaching and learning as the teachers will be busy meeting parents with
the reports. Therefore, learners’ attendance is not compulsory for lessons that day. As
for those who opt to still attend school (physical), you will be entertained with worksheets
from 8.30am to 2.30pm, with a teacher to oversee your classes.

ASP will go on as usual however the clinics and external ECAs will be cancelled for the
day.

Note: -

The PARENT-TEACHER MEET (PTM) does not involve new students. Therefore, parents
of new students do not need to book a meeting.
