Dear Sir, I am interested in applying for a job as a staff or employee at Banyumas

Health Services to fill a position in the public relations department, which will eventually be
able to go directly to the community.

I was a graduate of the academic obsteity of the Purwokerto Muhammadiyah

University and an Master of the Gajah Mada University. After I had experience studying the
specialized fields of obnogyn and public health sciences and I also worked at the Hermina
Purwokerto Hospital for 2 years.

I truly believe that my experience, skill and skills would help me to be a creative,
innovative, and better worker, an enthusiastic and talent that would contribute positively to
Banyumas' Health Service. I wish I could join him in the health of Banyumas. I will
contribute well and produce good performance.
