Good Day!

It is with great enthusiasm that I, Chlea Fate Sp. Marco, is submitting my application for
admittance into the School of Medical Technology. I am currently in my last year of the senior
high school program, and graduating this school year under the academic track: Science,
Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) specializing for the course Medical
Technology. I have researched a lot about your programs and I firmly believe that your
institution offers the best education that will help me in achieving my personal career goals and
objectives.

As an aspiring doctor, learning what I need to know is important for me. The first step I must
accomplish in achieving this goal of mine is to earn a pre-medicine bachelor’s degree in B.S.
Medical Technology. My interest for this course revealed itself when I was in junior high school.
I attentively read books that contained some medical information and that spiked up my interest
and started picturing myself as a future medical practitioner.

Also in junior high school, my grades allowed me prove how diligent I am with my work. I may
not be an honor student, but I can assure you that I am a very persistent student. I am passionate
with my tasks as I put my heart into it. I am also active in various clubs when I was in JHS. I was
a constant officer of the various clubs related to science and math which can prove and support
my claim that I am also a responsible student. These experiences allowed me to hone myself as
an individual as it helped me become a person who learned how to interact and help other people
and also aided my knowledge about science and math. These experiences are heartwarming and
also one of the reasons that inspired me to be one of the future’s hope in the medical field.
