Providence Medical Center,

To whom it may concern:

I am writing to express great interest to the newly available position of Certified Nursing
Assistant for Providence Medical Center. As a student of Washington State University, I am
earning my Bachelor of Biological Sciences and Minor in Psychology to graduate spring 2021.
Having started my CNA certification April of 2020, I will receive my state certification by
September of 2020. In the past two years, after receiving both my diploma and associates degree
from Everett High School and Everett Community College, I relocated to Pullman to complete my
degree. As a student, employee and volunteer I am dedicated, punctual and efficient in all tasks
that I am assigned.
My goal is to expand my knowledge in order to benefit both my peers, coworkers, and
those I am servicing. It is with excitement that I submit my application to further learn and grow
with the strong group of people at Providence. Being at Washington State University, I feel that as
a student, my education history and recent training at MEDPREP make me an exceptional
candidate for the NA position. With the amount of science based classes that I have completed
comes a high level of comfort in labs. Since my freshman year, I have taken an array of science
classes making me familiar with a wide range of equipment and procedural steps commonly used
in hospitals. Communication is no issue being that I work alongside my peers and coworkers in
groups often. Furthermore, I also volunteered at Providence last summer for a total of 105 hours
in which I had direct patient contact. This followed with my time spent at multiple rehabilitation
centers where I was given the opportunity to help many wonderful individuals. Thank you for
taking the time to consider me for the following position and I hope to meet you soon.

Sincerely,
Aleks Micheals
