I believe I deserve this scholarship because I have a dedication to education

In summary, receiving this scholarship is very important to me. I should be considered for
this scholarship because I am dedicated to my education and it is my biggest goal to be the
first in the family to receive a college degree. Not only am I furthering my education, but I
am also going to change the lives of those around me.

Born in a middle class family makes it hard for me to get financial aid. I have tried to request for
scholarships from few places, including financial assistance from own state. Unfortunately, my
application were often rejected due my parents income. However, to be honest, my parents are
struggling to pay my university fees, and my siblings'. The fact that they also have several debt for
house and car makes me even more determined to get scholarship

Success is triumphing over hardships -- willing yourself over anything and everything to achieve the
best for yourself and your family. With this scholarship, I will use it to continue focusing on my
studies in math and engineering, instead of worrying about making money and sending more back
home. It will be an investment into myself for my family.
I’m truly passionate in the medical field. I always wanted to be a pediatrician since I was fourteen.
My strong interest in the medical field allowed me to open up my shell in certain situations— when I
became sociable to patients in the hospital as a volunteer, when I became friendly and approachable
to children in my job at Kumon Math and Reading Center, and when I portrayed compassion and
empathy towards my teammates in the badminton team.
cause not only will it financially help me, but it can give motivation for me to academically push
myself. I hope to use this scholarship in applying for a study abroad program, where I can learn
about other cultures’ customs while conducting research there.  
eceiving this scholarship will boost my self-confidence, knowing that I not only completed a
very important task, but also took the responsibility of creating a foundation for getting me
closer to my career goals. I believe in the importance of earning a college degree. Therefore,
I plan to work extra hard to obtain an Associate in Applied Science degree in Accounting.

Pharmacy is an exciting choice as I enjoy a wide wide open doors profession. It is a diverse and
rewarding career, with opportunities for patient care, scientific research, and innovation.
Pharmacists can work in a myriad of professional settings. Pharmacy combines science, health,
computer technology, business, math and counselling. Often, jobs in the science involve limited
edition with the public but pharmacy offers a rare balance of independence and interaction with
people, which can be very appealing if you are an extrovert person. For me, pharmacists play a key
role in helping patients feel better and get well as fast as could be expected under the
circumstances. Patients do best when pharmacists are part of their healthcare teams because
pharmacists are medical specialists. Pharmacists improve medication adherence. They are socially
equipped human services suppliers who impart viably to assess numerous components that
influence a patient's capacity to take a prescription. These incorporate eating routine, way of life,
transportation, language boundaries and substantially more.
