Three experiments were conducted to observe the effects of temperature and pH on the reaction between starch and iodine. In the temperature experiment, more intense blue colors indicating greater presence of starch were observed at higher temperatures of 37C and 100C compared to 0C. In the pH experiment, a moderate presence of starch was observed at pH 4 and 10, and a weaker presence at pH 7.
