meeting, we will be filling bags as
you listen to our speakers. We need
to start getting door prizes from
local businesses so please get out
and ask the businesses that you
know to donate either gift certif-
icates or whatever they would like
so that we can put these on our
door prize table. We have drawings
hourly all three days, so we need a
variety of prizes to accommodate it.
We also need to have some really
good gifts that will be put in special
drawings for the last day. We do
appreciate the people that donate
items to us and we make sure that
they are recognized for what they
give. At our meeting we will also be
given show posters to distribute.
This advertising is a vital part of
making our show a success so we
need a lot of help with this also. As
you can see, having a successful
club show is a combined effort of all
our members and it cannot go on
without your help and we are
extremely grateful for all the help
we can get.
We have a very exciting year
coming up and really want all your
participation and support to
continue to make our club grow and
improve.

Scott Dilatush of Artist in the Garden brought in a couple

of scaled down models of what could be viewed as an eye-
catching entrance exhibits marrying rock and horticulture.
The models shown are at one inch per one foot scale.
Finished pieces are generally larger than eight feet. Due
ever shrinking space availability at Bridgerland there will
not be an area for such a display. Hopefully our next venue
will be large enough to accommodate such large displays.

In March Luanne Wilmore will have

ready to go. Please be sure to attend and
pick up some posters to distribute.
There has been a lot of moisture laid down
this winter so our March and April fieldtrips
are rather in limbo and have been placed in
the TBD category. Currently, we are looking at
CLUB pushing the dates back to later in the month.

BLM has backed off on new regulations for
now but that does not mean they will not be
` revisited in the future. The geode beds may
may disappear as Hill Airforce Base wants to
expand their bombing range. Things are still
pretty much up in the air so stayed tuned.
