    Taylorsville

    Go to: - http://www.taylorsvilleut.gov/government/elected/elections/recordsrequest/

    Go to the bottom left of the page and click Records Request Form

    A downloadable file should pop up that says City of Taylorsville Records Request Form
    Midvale

    Go to: http://www.midvalecity.org/departments/recorder-s-office

    Fiind the GRAMA Request Form and click that.


    Draper: Go to http://www.draper.ut.us/1186/City-Recorder

    Click on Create an account


    Create Profile should appear.

    Then click on Requesting Public Records (GRAMA)


    Form Center should appear. Just fill up the form with the necessary details and submit

    Just dont forget about the fees that the website allotted for every copies.
    West Jordan: Go to: https://www.westjordan.utah.gov/recordsrequest

    Click on Records Request

    Fill up the form then submit


    South Jordan: Go to: http://www.sjc.utah.gov/public-records/
