STEPS TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Follow the below mentioned steps to create your candidate profile on the Career Page of Trident Group.

Points to Remember while filling the form

1. Personnel details form should be filled in CAPITAL letters.


2. Your name must be entered as per mentioned on Aadhar.
3. Select “Yes” if your present address is same as the current address so that the fields auto-fill.
4. Your address must be entered as per mentioned on Aadhar card/ Passport (Permanent address only).
5. Make sure the file size of all the attachments is less than 5 MB.
6. While mentioning your education documents – make sure you start with below sequence:
a. Matric (10th) - Marksheet & Certificate
b. 12th Standard (10+2) - Marksheet & Certificate
c. Graduation- Marksheet of all semesters & Final Degree
d. Post-Graduation - Marksheet of all semesters & Final Degree
7. Below National Identities are mandatory while filling the form:
a. Aadhaar Card - Mandatory
b. Permanent Account Number Card - Mandatory
c. Passport - Upload Acknowledgement Slip in case Passport is not available.
8. Below documents are required for your Past Employments:
a. Salary Slip of Last three months.
b. Relieving letter
c. Experience letter of the past company/companies
STEP 1: Create an Account
• After clicking on the above link, you’ll be directed to the “Create an Account Page”. Provide the
required details to register yourself.
• After filling the details click on “Read and accept the data privacy statement”. Post reading the Data
Privacy Statement - select “Accept” then click on “Create Account.”

STEP 2: Verification of Email


After accepting Terms of Use. Click on “Create Account” and email would be shared with you on your
registered mail address from “SAMEEP”. In the email click on Click here option as shown in the picture below:
STEP 3: Candidate Profile

Once you’ve verified the mail, please login to create your profile by clicking on “My Profile”.

Once you click on “My Candidate Profile”, follow the below steps:

For uploading your CV, click on

“Choose File” ---------→ Choose your CV from your System--------------→Click on Upload

System will Auto pick some of the details from your CV, you can check those details and modify the same and
fill the remaining required details.

Fill in all the mandatory fields (please refer to the image below)

You’re required to fill in your personal information.

To Know your Tehsil, you may use the below link:

Choose your “State” and “District” from the dropdown> Click on “View Tehsil”> You’ll get a list of Tehsils from
which you may know the Tehsil that you fall into.
To Know about your “Nearest Police Station”, you may use the link below:

Choose your “State” and “District” from the dropdown> Click on “Go”> You’ll get a list of Police station from
which you may know the Police Station that you fall into.
Qualification Details

To add your education details, click on “+Add Another” as highlighted. You’re then requested to fill in all the
required fields.

In this section, you may follow the below pattern to enter your details:

Language Proficiency

Please select your language from the dropdown and choose your proficiency level

After filling the Details and verifying it click on “Save” or “Next” on the bottom right of your screen.
HOW TO APPLY FOR JOB

STEP 1: Candidate Profile


1. First Sign Into your Account.
2. Click on the 2nd link shared on your registered mail with the subject “CAREER PAGE REGISTRATION” for
a specified Job.

Click on the
“Apply” which is at the bottom right of your screen to proceed with your application.

You’ll land on “My Candidate Profile” page. Check your details and edit if you feel. Click on “Next” for the second page of
the Application. Here you will give a chance to quickly overview your Candidate Profile and change if you want

to change something.
STEP 2: Application Page
Once you click on “Next” on “My Candidate Profile” page, you’ll be redirected to the below page:

Personal Details & Preferences

Fill in all the mandatory details mentioned above and uploading the necessary documents, then you must click
on SAVE. And then click on APPLY option.

Employment & Additional Information

Fill in the required fields related to previous or current employment and more information questions.

After Filling in all the required details mentioned above and uploading all the necessary documents, you must
click on “APPLY” to submit your job application.
