Step 1: Enter this URL: https://aaplesarkar.mahaonline.gov.

in/
Step 2: Enter “Login Credentials (User ID, Password and District)”
First Time User – (Follow below steps for registration)
A) Click the link “New User? Register Here.”
B. Select any one mode from below given options to create user name and password
i.e. User ID and Password by verifying UID or Create own user profile using OTP
verification on your mobile number.
C. Please fill below mention information to create “User Name” and “Password”
through profile using the OTP verification on your mobile number.
Aaple Sarkar Registration form in 6 steps i.e.
1. Applicant Detail
2. Applicant's Address [As per document]
3. Mobile No. & Username Verification
4. Upload Photograph
5. Proof of Identity (Any -1)
6. Proof of Address (Any -1)
Upload the Photo and Documents which are required and the click on Register.
After login with the User Name & Password on the portal, on left side user can see
Department names like Agriculture, Home Department, Industries Energy and Labor
Department.

Step 3: Double click on “Industries, Energy and Labour Department” form left side.
Step 4: Select Energy Department from Sub Department and then click on the
Proceed button.
Step 5: Click “Generating Set Registration” and then click on the “Proceed” button.
Step 6: Click on the “Generating Set Registration” from below dashboard.
Step 7: Once your Generating Set Energization application is approved then
dashboard will display a link to apply for the “Generating Set Registration”.
Step 8: Generating Set Energization application details will be auto fetched and displayed
as shown below (Application details, Owner details and Concerned Officer details will be
fetched from the previous approved Generating Set Plan Approval application).
Step 9: Enter below required details then click on “Add” button details, which will be
added in the table format as shown below and then click on the “Submit” button.
After successfully submitting the application below message will be displayed
mentioning the generated Application id. Note down application id and click
“OK”.
Step 10: Check all the Instructions to upload the Photo and Signature.

Note: Click on the link highlighted below to crop the Photo and Signature.
Upload all the Required Documents and then click on the “Submit”. Documents
format should be as given below.
• Document Format should be JPEG/ PDF.
• The size of the documents between 75 KB to 100 KB.
Step 11: After uploading all the documents successfully, below message will be
displayed then click “OK” and proceed further to make Payment.
Step 12: Payment can be done Online or by E- Challan, select payment method and
then click on “Confirm” and make payment for the application. Payment receipt will
be available for download once the payment is completed.
Once the process is completed, status of your application ID will display as “Under
Scrutiny” in user dashboard. Please Check and confirm the same.
