Online ITC Policy Sanction of Incentives System

About Meeseva: Meeseva is a service centre to deliver government services to the citizen. It was started
by Government of Andhra Pradesh. It is presently offering government services. It was launched in Nov 2011.
Before implementing Meeseva, the citizen had approached to the various departments at various places for
obtaining the G to C and G to B services, after implementing Meeseva the citizen can apply several G to C and G
to B services Through Meeseva Online Portal.
The service is mainly used by the citizens who is an Entrepreneur. The service facilitates the citizen to get
the Incentive/subsidy based upon various Incentive categories like 25% Power subsidy or conversion to industrial
power tariff or 100%/50% stamp duty refund or Recruitment assistance or 50% exhibition rental refund or Tire
2/3 location anchor company incentive or reimbursement patent filling cost or reimbursement of quality
certification expenditure or Declaration of It Park status or specific incentives for SC/St/women Entrepreneurs or
Allotment of land. This Service related to IT Sector only.

Online ITC Policy Sanction of Incentives System is having 3 Steps Process

Step-1: User id Creation
Step-2: Company Profile Creation
Step-3: Incentive Application filing

STEP -1

User ID Creation:

This Section Contains How to Register User for Applying Online Services in Meeseva Online Portal. Below Steps are needed
for Registering New User.
For Creating User ID user, Entrepreneur has to visit web page
http://ap.meeseva.gov.in/deptportal/UserInterface/LoginForm.aspx
WHY TO REGISTER?
1. User can access to the services 24/7 and across the geographic.
2. User can login directly and raise service request without going to Department or any kiosk centers.
3. User check the status of the service request raised by the individual
4. To know more updates on sanction of Incentives
5. The payment can be done secure using Debit/Credit cards.
6. To make the work easy and accessible to the entire common Entrepreneur.

Procedure for Registering New User: In Meeseva Dept Home Page Select Apply Incentives-IT Policy.

1) In Meeseva Online Portal home screen, Entrepreneur selects Registration for Incentives under IT Policy 2014-2020 as
depicted in Figure 1.

2) Now Entrepreneur Registration Form Displays as depicted in Figure 2.

3. Enter desired login ID, Password, secret question and answer as depicted in figure 3.

4. Enter Contact Information such as Email, Confirm Email, Alternate Email and Mobile no as depicted in figure 4.

5.Enter Company Information details such as Company Name, Company address, District, Mandal, Village, Pin code MD/Directors
Names ,Contribution Of Organization, Company URL as depicted in figure 5.

 6. Select SMS Alerts as depicted in figure 6.

7. Click Submit Button for Registration Submission as depicted in figure 7.

8. After Submission One Time Password panel generated as depicted in figure 8.
Note: - Here Entrepreneur receives One Time Password to his/her Registered Mobile No

 9. Enter One Time Password and click Confirm button as depicted in figure 9.

10. After Confirmation Thank you for registering! A confirmation email has been sent to registered mail ID. Please click
on the Activation Link to Activate your account message displayed. as depicted in figure 10.
Note: - Here Account will be activated after clicking activation Link.

 12. Once clicking of Activation link Congratulation your Account has been Activated Message displayed as depicted in figure 12.

STEP -2
Company Profile Creation
Entrepreneur has to update Company details, these details may useful at the time of applying sanction of incentives and User has a
provision to update Company performance, Bank details and Address for communication.
1)

Now Login with User ID and Password as depicted in Figure 1.

2) Now Enter Company Profile Creation Such as Classification Of Company, Date of Incorporation Of firm, Date of
Commencement of Commercial Operations, Investment On plant and Machinery, Investment On Land and Buildings, Total
Investment, Electricity Service No, Last Three years performance Details as depicted in figure 2.

Enter address for Communication, Bank Details as depicted in figure 3.

4) Upload the Required Documents and Click Confirm on Create Company Profile to submit the request as depicted in figure
4.

Note:-After Profile Creation, Entrepreneur can apply sanction of incentives

Step-3: Incentive Application filing

1) After click on create Company profile Button Below screen as depicted in figure 1

Note: If applying for Incubation Space / Built Space, Mention Company Name and MD/ Director Names as "New Company" in case of new
company.

2) Select Incentive Applied For, Activity, category From Drop Down, and Enter amount claimed and upload Relevant Proof
Document and click on Show payment another screen appears with Confirm Payment as depicted in the following figure 1.

Click Show Receipt button as depicted in the following figure 3.

4) Click on show Receipt Button Payment Receipt will be generated as depicted in Figure 4.
