Joining Kit Process

Step 1: New User will get sms with link for JK web app, existing users can directly open the
web app using the below link: https://epic.talentproindia.com/associatemaster

Step 2: Type your mobile number and wait for OTP

Step 3: You will get OTP in given mobile number, Enter and validate it.

Step 4: Enter your aadhaar number and name click continue without aadhaar validation.

(Optional: To validate your aadhaar click validate button and scan your aadhaar QR code and submit)
Step 5: Enter your Basic Details One by one and click next

After Entry click save profile details button to save Profile Details

Other fields are optional

Step 6: Select the proof name in the dropdown and click Upload button to upload your
Proof

You can upload are draw your signature in the app

Below List of documents are Mandatory

Aadhar Card Front

Aadhar Card Back
Address Front
Address Back
Employee Photo
PAN Card
Employee Signature

Step 7: Click Dependant Details and click Add Dependant, Select Is nominee if you going to
set the dependant as nominee , you also have to set % of Gratutity , Total Gratutity should
be 100% after adding all your dependant click save button to save all your details.
Step 8: Map your Nominee for ESI, PF, ACCODENT, PENSION, from the drop down list and
click save button to save all your details.
Step 9: Click Add button and enter your education details one by one and click save button
to save all your details.
Step 10: Enter your Client Details and click save button to save all your details.

Step 11: If all data entered you can click Download JK e-form button. Click ok in the popup
box and allow popup content in the browser. Your joining kit process will complete and you
will get the PDF, Submit your PDF to the HR.
Optional: If user’s have any query related to Joining Kit web app , they can communicate to

Note: If you not having any details on the first process don’t worry, later you can come to
the same URL https://epic.talentproindia.com/associatemaster/ click Existing user and
validate OTP; you can update your missed details.
