CLUB POLICIES & GUIDELINES

I. Rooms
1) A maximum of 15 rooms can be reserved for the wedding function. Requirements for additional rooms shall
be subject to availability.
2) No-show and cancelled rooms shall be charged to the Clients account.
3) The Club will provide quarters for the drivers upon availability at Php650.00 per person

II. Food and Beverage


1) Couple will purchase wines from the Club at regular rate. All other items to be brought in by the couple not
included in the package shall be charged to regular corkage fee.

III. Others
1) Use of Function Venue will be for a maximum of 5hrs. An overtime fee Php10, 000.00/hour shall apply de-
pending on venue of choice
2) The Club shall provide stand-by generator and engineering staff for any technical concerns and provide as-
sistance for mobile, sound and lights, and AV system.
3) The Club shall provide shuttle service for guest transfers within the Club premises.
4) The Club shall provide stand-by staff during the duration of the reception.

IV. Requirements to be provided by the Client


(7days prior to date of wedding)
1) Pertinent Lists: Guest lineup, Suppliers & Equipment, Car Plate Numbers of Guests
2) Wedding Program and other special details during the reception for the staff to be familiarized and briefed.

VII. Restrictions
1) The Club will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings of the couple and their
guests.
2) Taking pictures or videos of houses is strictly prohibited.
