1. The Scope of Work , Terms & Conditions , Territory Coverage and
Termination clause, will be same as per our existing Fan Service Policy. 2. The compensation will be as follows : a) All local service calls attended at Dealer’s counter or at Service Centres will be paid @Rs.25.00 per call. b) All outstation calls will be paid @Rs.50.00 per call. In addition to it, daily meals allowance@ Rs.75.00 will be paid and Bus/Train fare will be paid at actual. c) Any call attended for the same Dealer, upto 5 Irons, will be paid consolidated amount of Rs.100.00. 3. All other terms and conditions (compensation) will be same as Fan Service Policy. 4. Existing Service Centres appointed for Fans will take responsibility for Iron after sales services. 5. Warranty of the product will be 2 years from the date of Sale to the customer, for the manufacturing defects only. The Iron will be serviced at the Dealer’s counter or at the Service Centres. 6. The critical components to be stocked at Service centres, and which require regular service is as follows : Thermostat, Sole plate with heating elements, plastic body, cord wire. 7. The Service centre will raise indent for spares , as per the requirement and will have to stock adequate spares, to ensure that the complaint is attended within 24 hours from the date of complaint received.
