(On 04/03/2017 | responded to 12 Sullivan in reference to a shots fired. Dispatch advised that the caller
‘was reporting that she had been shot in the leg. Upon arrival | observed a female exiting the residence who was
later identified as ViDesiree Tedder. ViTedder sat on the front porch and stated she heard someone outside and
upon exiting the residence observed a black male about 5°8 in a gray sweatshirt who arrived in a dark colored Ford

xplorer. V/Tedder stated that the black male shot one time in her direction, V/Tedder stated that sh
back inside the residence, and upon turning around observed the black male standing at the front door, and fired
several shots through the door. V/Tedder stated that she was shot in the right leg, and her girlfriend later identified
‘as ViLizmary Rodriguez was algo shot in the right leg. V/Tedder stated that she had seen the black male previously
with aman she knows as Drew who she purchases narcotics from. V/Tedder was only able to provide the name of
Drew and a phone number of (850) 860-1450. W/Tedder stated that Orew was at her house on 03/29/17 and stayed
the night. ViTedder stated that she has not seen Drew since then. V/Tedder stated that she has seen the black male
that shot at her with Drew at her residence in the past and that the black male had showed up to her residence over
the weekend trying to find Drew. V/Tedder stated that several other individuals whom she has never seen before
had also showed up over the weekend looking for Drow.
| spoke with ViRodriguez who stated that she was in her room when she heard what sounded like a gun
/shot outside and heard V/Tedder yelling at someone. ViRodriguez stated that she came into the living room to see
]what was going on, and observed a black male standing at the door shooting into the residence. ViRodriguez
stated that she was hit in the leg and fell to the floor and was unable to provide any further detai

injuries,
Crime Scene Tech Moore #706 responded and processed the scene.
lobserved 4 bullet holes through the front screen, and front door. One of the projectiles was found
lodged in the wooden front door. One of the projectiles was located on the living room floor and a third projectile
was believed to be inside ViTedder's leg. The fourth projectile was not located at this time. V/Tedder stated that
she believes § shots were fired, but a fifth bullet hole or projectile was not located. No shell casings were located in
the area.
\Witedder and ViRodriguez were provided business cards with my name and case number.
No known video of this incident.

The following is supplemental information in reference to case #17-008982 (Aggravated Battery).
On Tuesday, April 4 2017, at approximately 1052 hours, !was notified by Dispatch of a crime scene
request follow up located at 12 Sullivan Road in reference to an Aggravated Battery. | arrived at approximately 1109
hours and made contact with PPD Officer Chad Willhigte #128. He advised that while searching the area for another
case, he discovered shell casings in the driveway of this residence. He thon made contact with ECSO Investigator
Jimmy Tatum #467 and inv. Talum advised to have us enroute. :

| observed three Blazer .45 Auto shell casings in the driveway of the residence along with seven impact
marks on the exterior of the front of the residence bet
had been reported at this residence the previous morning on April 3, 2017. | took digital photographs (30) of the
‘exterior of the residence and the evidence for Identification and documentation purposes.
| collected the following evidence:
‘Three Blazer 45 Auto Shell casings
‘Swab for possible DNA of the three Blazer .45 Auto shell casings
| departed the scene at approximately 1127 hours.
‘The digital photos taken have been downloaded into the Crime Scene Pictures and attached to Case
Management.
No further action at this time. Time spent on investigation: 4 hour

| On 4/3/17 1 was assigned this case for investigative follow up. | conducted an extensive interview with
\Vitedder at the Sheriff's Office. During the interview, ViTedder identified Drulmauert Mims as the person that both
unidentified suspects were looking for. At the time of this report Drulmauert Mims is listed as a missing person with
the Pensacola Police Department, V/Tedder could not provide any further information at this ime in reference to the
‘suspects, All leads have been exhausted and ViTedder as well as V/Rodriguez have moved back to Massachusetts
and are unable to cooperate further in this investigation. | request that this case be inactivated at this time.
