SUBMISSION OF FINAL REPORT

All final reports should be submitted to your respective supervisors one week after your last date of
practicum. Failing to do so, your practicum is considered as incomplete and marks could not be
awarded.

The format of the report is in Uniec Virtual and should bind. You also have to submit evaluation form
from your counseling mentor and teaching mentor ( applicable for BED GnC). It should be sealed in one
envelope and submit by hand together with counseling record book, teaching record book( applicable
for BED GnC) and final report.

Trainee who fails to write your everyday log in your record book and the school authority does not
signed officially will be considered as not fulfilling requirements for practicum. So trainee has to extend
your practicum until all requirements are fulfilled.

Submission of Record Books ( Counselling Record Book & Teaching Record Book (applicable for BED
GnC) are prerequisite for passing the Internship/ Practicum Work; failing which final marks will be
on hold and will be given IP (In Progress) status. Reference from Practicum ?Internship Guidebook.
