tolerances and Sectional properties:
- EN 10219-2 and
- Standard of Mairon Tubes, MH 006/2008.

Length:
- 6000 mm or 12000 mm;
- according to the order confirmation.

Labelling with the data:

- name of the producer;
- steel grade and standard;
- heat No., and lot No.;
- dimensions;
- quantity.

Packing: in bundles with the maximum weight of 3.0 tons.

Quality
Non-destructive testing: welding seam of Cold Formed Welded Structural
Hollow Sections are 100% Eddy current tested, according to EN 10246-3.

Eddy current testing for quality and process control

Quality documents
- Test Report type 2.2., according to EN 10204, issued by the producer, with
CE mark;
- Inspection Certificate type 3.1., according to EN 10204, issued by the
producer, with CE mark, at request;
- CPF Certificate (Control Production Factory) at request;
- Conformity Declaration.

Quality Management
MAIRON TUBES authenticated the system of integrate management
according to EN ISO 9001:2001, EN ISO 14001:2005 and
OHSAS 18001:2008.
