AFFIDAVIT

I, CAMELO D. ANAYA, of legal age, married, Filipino

and a resident of Ambuan, Catigbian, Bohol, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
depose and say:

1.That my present job is to gather Coconut Wine

locally known as Tuba;

2.That the coconuts which I used to gather wine or

Tuba are owned by Joventino Jumandos situated at
Ambuan, Catigbian, Bohol;

3.That on February 19, 2017 at around 11:00 oclock

in the morning, while I am gathering coconut wine
or Tuba in the said lot owned by Joventino
Jumandos, I saw Facundo Dumaguit, bringing a
container and poured the liquid contents on the
coconuts planted by Jeremia Balili on the land
owned by Jocelyn B. Pakiwag;

4.That I am only 50 meters away from Facundo Dumaguit

at that time gathering coconut wine and I am
certain that it was Facundo Dumaguit because I
personally knew him and it was also broad daylight;

5.That at the time Facundo Dumaguit poured the liquid

from the container, he keeps on looking around as
if he was afraid that somebody might saw him;

6.That suspecting that what was poured out was

something dangerous to the coconut, I reported that
incident to Jeremia Balili, who also went to see
the coconut and poured fresh water on those
coconuts;
7.That after a week from the incident, the coconuts
started to withered and eventually died;
