Personality is impacted by the lifestyle of an individual (Adler, 1948) and is an important aspect of differences among individuals. (a) Explain THREE important components of personality based on psychodynamic perspectives. (b) Discuss TWO factors that cause changes in individual personality. Jawab SATU sahaja. QUESTION/SOALAN: Marks/Markah 1. According to Thorndike’s operant conditioning theory, learning takes place due to a combination of stimulus and response. Thorndike asserts that human learning is controlled by three laws of learning. Suggest teaching strategies that teachers need to use if they want to apply Thorndike’s operant conditioning theory in teaching and learning, (Lotal/ Jumiah: 20) Menurut teori pelaziman operan Thorndike, pembelajaran berlaku hasil daripada gabungan antara rangsangan dan gerakbalas. Thorndike menyarankan pembelajaran manusia dikawal oleh tiga -hukum pembelajaran. Cadangkan strategi pengajaran yang perlu digunakan oleh guru sekirannya mereka ingin mengaplikasikan teori pelaziman operan Thomdike dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Teacher W finds that students in her class are always late to school. They do not pay attention when she is teaching and they seldom complete their homework. They rarely part ate in activities during the lesson and they also score poorly in their tests. Suggest effective ways which can be taken by Teacher W to improve the above scenario in the class. (Total Jumlah: 20) Guru W mendapati murid-murid dalam kelas selalu lambat ke sekolah, Murid-murid juga tidak memberi pethatian semasa Guru W mengajar dan murid-murid juga jarang melengkapkan kerja rumah yang diberikan. Selain itu, murid-murid juga jarang mengambil bahagian dalam aktiviti pengajaran dan pembelajaran.
