Working duration : From 24/11/1994 to 30/9/2003.
Designation : Asst. Manager Service.
Nature of duty : (1). worked as a Field Service Engineer at erection, maintenance,
overhauling works of CATERPILLAR gas & diesel generators band bull dozer, wheel loader,
vibratory compactor, tractor etc equipments, renewable of hot water fired chiller boiler etc
(2). Making parts list for the above works, sending them to Service Manager & customers.
(3). Enplaning systematic erection procedure pil to the contractors, checking if whole procedure
going on as per instruction, giving update to the Manager.
(4).email corresponding with foreign experts regarding technical issues, which are not clear as
per manuals, as a dealer engineer we are liable to solve all CAT. products problems.
(5) Personnel selecting for sites, myself also visiting sites and actively worked with others.
(6) Reporting every days update to the Service Manager.
Unique Contribution:-At Dynamic Spinning, CAT generator radiators getting clogged very quickly
due to cotton yarn which were un-removable by normal washing/ by compressed air. CAT
experts visited several times but could not get any solution, due to finding no solution GETCO.
decided (internally) to replace radiators by cooling tower system due to alive their business as it
was at warranty state. But arranging 8 cooling towers it was high costly. I designed this problems
solution system which was simply covering the radiator house by fine wire nets, so that yarn
cant enter radiator room. Some days intervals mill authority washed the fence or sweep.

(ii). Name of Organization: PT Kaltimex Energy BD Ltd, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.


Working duration : From.14th June 2003 to 31st January.2006.
Designation : Sr. Executive Product Support.
Nature of duty : (1) Giving explanation to the contractors about DEUTZ generator
erection procedure of generators renewable of hot water fired chiller boiler etc.
(2).Customer communication by e-mail, site visiting, personnel supervision, accompanying
foreign
experts, dealing with the erection contractors,
(3).Communication with the foreign expert about various technical aspects as per
requirements.
(4).Making tender report, sales quotation, encyclopedic aspects of products, showing it to the
Country Manager, after finalizing submitted to the relevant clients for generator, renewable
energy systems sales purpose

Unique Contribution:-For sale explanation purpose, profound DEUTZ generators various


components erection procedure lay out drawings are provided to the customers, some
components set vertically, some horizontally randomly only for explanations purpose. But
customer engineer will not change components position, as per showing in the drawing. At this,
some vital problems arising like very odd out looking, walking passage & electrical wiring system
hampering, more space requiring, where more spaces are not available. One item say water
pump it must be horizontal as per drawing, why? if vertical whats the problem? will it not
function? Solving such situation was very difficult to me as clients electrical engineers remain
strong ego, he will follow commercial drawing to the point! Returning todays state took much
time, such situation not happen now as it was new state.

(iii). Name of Organization: Monno Group of Industries Ltd, Gilondo, Manikgong.


Working duration : From 1st February 2006 to 28th February 2010.
Designation : AGM Power Generation, Utility & renewable Energy.
Nature of duty : (1). We arranged at least 80% tools & problems also solve more than
90%. No machine remain stop due to lack of maintenance, within shortest time machines are
operation state, as a relevant professional person I can maintain such works easily.
(2). Making materials requirement list, sending them to arrange from markets, keeping
inventory of utility and power generation machines spare & maintenance parts, lube &
compressor oil, filters, sensors, batteries etc.
(3). Maintaining Workshop, for erection of machines, justifying working minimum cost by
searching different contractors, their reliable & effective performance, quality, target of
finishing, their previous records, available tools, manpower, showing short listed offers of the
contractors to the Managing Director.
(4). Arranging training, for making strong maintenance team, to reduce expenses, to increase
machines life longevity, for trouble free operation, encouraging them for making intimacy,
being sincere, punctual, discipline, idle persons are burden for all, even for himself.
(5). Clean surrounding area also reduces production cost, increase longevity of machine life,
by giving minor foods as huge money saved from contractors, by encouraging the authority.

(6). Arranging meeting with the managers, sectional heads, listening top managements views,
about the present & future planning & carrying out projects, satisfaction of current
performances and giving explanations of machineries requirements to the Chairman daily.

Unique Contribution:- One vital problem was huge water available with steam which were
disturbing ironing section of Garments section, which is not under my section, huge pipe fittings
imported & fitted with the steam lines about 2300000BDT, situation minor improved, but
remaining the same state. As per authority demand I observed the case deeply and found
sources of steam. They were 1.Due to low pressure 2.high distance 3.Low quality insulation.
Problems were solved by changing larger size boiler as present situation it was under size and
same problems at other section was available huge water at the compressed air which was by
solved by me by making & erecting 15feet height,5.5 feet dia.3 air vessels in series where air
enter through bottom portion side & come out through top, one by another, though dryers
were available. Problems fully solved.

(iv) Name of Organization : Orient/Clarke Energy BD Ltd, Dhaka.


Working duration : From 1st March 2010 to 28th3 February. 2017.
Designation :GM, Product Support.
Nature of duty : (1). I can solve 60% generators & renewable energy of hot water
fired chiller boiler etc problems by the field personnel,30% can solve by giving directions,10%
problems solving I have to attend at power plants.
(2). Searching parts list as per manual, sending them to the clients for arrange.
(3). looking overall situation and inform the management, corresponding with for any require
technical issue by email. Checking mail and replying as per requirements.
(4). Participating official meeting where discussed overall situations, further requirements
(5).Corresponding foreign experts regarding technical issues & clients requirements supervising
personnel performances if going on properly, if any one facing any trouble, helping /advising
him at the concerned case, drivers, cars, parts incoming-out going.
(6).Keeping customer e-mail communication, arranging official meeting, trainings reporting to
the management about the updates.
Unique Contribution:- At the available custom of the company, if any parts not working say
thermocouple not or less showing temperature, to solve this problem, only sensor replacing are
the not solution, such problem may be due to rusting ends or miss contact also; so at least one
time should try to save the parts. I was the introducer of changing previous custom. I tried to
save huge expenses, to solve other problems like water/ oil leakage due to minor problem of
parts. If a parts have very minor problem at good condition, parts should repair, have many
ways to overcome it.
(v) Name of Organization : S.G Edible Oil Refinery Ltd, EPZ Mongla, Bagerhat.
Working duration : From 1st March 2017 to till now.
Designation :Factory Chief Engineer.
Nature of duty :Have been working as chief technical officer and guiding all electro-
mechanical functions, quality testing & packaging. Re-erection of 1.2km 8 inch diameter pipe
lines from Pashur river bank to Mongla EPZ, all other oil, water, steam pipelines, machineries
calibration, maintenance etc works.

Summary : During working at the dealer we solved 100% problems at the factory ;at power
generation & utility sectors, at least 80% maintenance done by me without suppliers personnel
calling. I am extraordinary in personnel dealing because I deeply know about the works to be
done, their sentiment, performance capturing technique etc.

contactors,transducers,thermocoples,PT100, etc.
3). Capable of prior making an erection works showing its various aspects by
Architectural drawings.
