Waterline Pressure Test Results

The waterlines for two house models in Racha Mansions, Cavite were pressure tested over 24 hours from July 10-11, 2017. The initial water pressure was 105 psi but dropped to 100 psi after 24 hours, demonstrating the pipes could withstand the required 100 psi pressure. The test was performed by a contractor's representative and witnessed by two site engineers.

PRESSURE TEST FOR WATERLINES

Project : Sukhotai Model Block 7 Lot 6 and Block 7 Lot 21


Location : Racha Mansions, South Forbes City, Brgy Inchican, Silang , Cavite
Contractor : Elvil Construction

Date Conducted : July 10-11, 2017 Time Started : 8:30 AM


Initial Pressure : 105 psi Time Finished : 8:30 AM
Final Pressure : 100 psi Duration : 24 hrs

Observation : The test was conducted using testing pump with a maximum
gage of 100psi. The initial water pressure was approximately
105 psi at 8:30AM of July 10, 2017. It then dropped to 100 psi
after 24 hrs. It has been observed that the waterline pipes
withstand a 100 psi pressure for both house model.
