ABSTRACT
Cloud computing technology is impetuously used to access scalable resource for various applications. Cloud
computing provide services (e.g. Sass, Pass, Iass) to end user to complete their need. A comfortable distribution
service is a major part of attractive Internet applications. Content provider switches a content or data dynamically on
different cloud. There are two tasks one is migration of contents to cloud storag i.e, second to distribute their web
service load. In proposed system we used Integration of multiple clouds as private and public clouds. Cloud user
mainly utilized through network with secure and efficient way of data. One data center is allocated each region. The
main responsibility of the cloud is gave response service time as well as the minimum operational time. To get
operational cost in low cost by using the Lyapunov optimization techniques. A dynamic control algorithm is design for
load balancing on cloud servers. A submit contents and dispatches requests on various data centers to minimize
overall operational cost over time. Our work will spotlight on cost minimization in migration concerning general
application content distribution that is on basis of differentiated charging models concerning various data centers. We
introduce general optimization structure for active, cost-minimizing relocation of the services concerning content
distribution into hybrid cloud that consist of private cloud as well as public geo-distributed cloud applications. Our
scheme will focus on minimization of recurring operational expenditure of content distribution scheme, not one-time
costs in private cloud.

I.INTRODUCTION

Cloud computing is used mainly to access the various types of application in efficient way. It is also
provides all types of resources like computer resources, client resources, application access through the
network. In the cloud environment the cloud would providers activities for the utilization and allocation
resources. To complete the user job resources needed by each application should be provided by the cloud.
To get the optimal resource allocation of resources we need to aggregate the resources through the input.
Two important tasks are concerned a shift to migrate contents towards cloud storage, and allocate web
service load towards cloud basis services. The important issue is to make use of cloud as well as application
provider existing private cloud, to provide unpredictable requests by service response time assurance, while
sustaining of least operational expenditure. While it might not be moreover tricky to propose an effortless
heuristic, we propose a solution by assured cost optimality above long run of system comprise intimidating
challenge. We focus on cost minimization in migration concerning general application content distribution
that is on basis of differentiated charging models concerning various data centers In our work we provide a
general optimization structure for active, cost- minimizing relocation of the services concerning content
distribution into hybrid cloud that consist of private cloud as well as public geo-distributed cloud
applications.

Lyapunov optimization was introduced from optimization theory of stochastic networks and was functional
in routing as well as channel allotment in wireless networks, in addition to few networks types that include
peer-to-peer networks. It was broadly used within routing as well as channel allocation within wireless

networks, and was recently introduced to deal with resource allotment problems in few other networks. Our
dynamic approach is to be structured by means of application provider to distribute content distribution
service towards hybrid cloud. Proposed design is rooted in the theory of Lyapunov optimization in which
minimization of cost as well as response time guarantee are achieved at the same time by efficient
development of content migration as well as request dispatching between data centres [4]. Our work is
different, that applies optimization theory to practice global optimality by means of active request arrivals
over time. Our system will focus on minimization of recurring operational expenditure of content
distribution scheme, not one-time costs in private cloud. Optimization theory will offer a framework for
scheming of algorithm by means of performance randomly close towards best possible performance over
long run of system, devoid of requirement for upcoming information.

II. LITERATURE SURVEY

Migration of applications into clouds: A number of analysis projects have emerged in recent years that probe
the drifting of services into a cloud platform. Hajjat et al. [] develop an optimization model for drifting
enterprise IT applications onto a hybrid cloud. In this paper, onetime optimal service deployment is
considered, while our work investigates optimal dynamic migration over time, to achieve the long-term
optimality. Lyapunov optimization theory: Lyapunov optimization was developed from the stochastic
network escalation theory and has been tested in routing and channel allotment in wireless networks, in a
few other types of networks including peer-to-peer networks []. Maguluri et al. [] propose various VM
configuration scheduling algorithms for cloud computing platforms that achieve arbitrary fraction of the
capacity region of the cloud. But their model does not take into consideration delay guarantee, which is an
important composing in our optimization framework. Chuan Wu.[] develop an optimal migration of content
distribution services onto a hybrid cloud, such that the operational cost is minimized while service delay
bound is guaranteed. While drifting the content, security is maintained using AES algorithm in this paper.

AN OVERVIEW OF PROPOSED SYSTEM MODEL:

Employing of the technique of optimization, we design active control to place contents as well as send out
requests in hybrid cloud infrastructure, which reduces overall functioning price above time. Our work
spotlight on cost minimization in migration concerning general application content distribution that is on
basis of differentiated charging models concerning various data centres. It may not be tough to propose
effortless heuristic intended for energetic content placement in addition to load distribution within hybrid
cloud in contrast, proposing of a solution assuring of cost optimality is an intriguing challenge. We make a
consideration of content distribution application that provides collection of contents, to users spreading
above numerous geographical regions. There is a private cloud that is owned by content distribution
provider that store up actual contents copies.

The private cloud contains general upload bandwidth for serving the user contents. There is public cloud that
includes data centres that are located in numerous geographical regions. There are two interconnected
servers in each of the data storage servers in support of data storage, as well as computing servers that
support provisioning of virtual machines. Servers inside the same data centre can access each other via a
certain Data Centre Network.

The contributor of content distribution application provides its service by means of exploiting hybrid cloud
structural design that includes geo-distributed public cloud as well as private cloud. The most important
components concerning content distribution application will comprise back-end storage of contents as well
as front-end service that provides user requests for contents. Application provider might move about service
components into public cloud. Contents are replicated within storage servers of cloud, whereas requests are
send out to web services [5].

Our system model was shown in fig1. We provide a general optimization structure for active, cost
minimizing relocation of the services concerning content distribution into hybrid cloud that consist of
private cloud as well as public geo-distributed cloud applications. Our system will focus on minimization of
recurring operational expenditure of content distribution scheme, not one-time costs in private cloud. Our
design is rooted in the theory of optimization in which minimization of cost as well as response time
guarantee are achieved at the same time by efficient development of content migration as well as request
dispatching between data centres.

Lyapunov optimization will present a structure for scheming of algorithm by means of performance
randomly close towards best possible performance over long run of system, devoid of requirement for
upcoming information. Our dynamic approach is to be organized by means of application provider to
distribute content distribution service towards hybrid cloud. The application provider deploys one or
multiple web servers providing portal service of the content distribution application, in a centralized or
distributed fashion. The portal combines user requests as well as send gathered request data towards a
control centre that implements our system at regular intervals [6].

The main security issues of cloud are: 1. Privacy and confidentiality Once cloud outsources data over the
cloud there should be some guarantee that data is accessible only to the authorized user. The cloud user
should be confident that data stored on the cloud will be confidential.
2. Security and data integrity Data security can be provided using different encryption and decryption
techniques. With providing security to data, cloud service provider should also implement technique to
monitor integrity of data on the cloud [1]. These are the algorithms which are used for encryption and
decryption: Symmetric Algorithms:

DES: Data Encryption Standard (DES) was developed in year 1977 by National Institute of Standards and
Technology (NIST). Key size for DES is 64-bits with block size 64-bits. Since 1977, too many attacks and
methods have witnessed DES problems which made it as insecure block cipher [1]. 3DES: This was
developed in year 1998 as an improvement of DES. In 3DES standard similar to the original DES but it
applied three times encryption level. So, 3DES encryption is slower than other encryption block cipher 26
2015 IEEE International Advance Computing Conference (IACCmethods. It has 64- bits of block size and
192-bits of key size. 3DES has low performance in terms of power consumption and throughput and it
requires more time to encrypt than DES because of triple phase encryption.

AES: The AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) is the new best encryption algorithm by NIST to replace
DES. It is a symmetric-key block cipher algorithm. The AES algorithm has 3 fixed 128-bit block ciphers
with cryptographic keys i.e. 128 bits, 192 bits and 256 bits. The size of key is unlimited, where the block
size is maximum 256 bits. AES encryption technique is fastest, flexible and secured. It can be supported on
various platforms i.e. in small devices.

Cost-Minimizing Service Migration Problem:

The system should concentrate on three cost components transmission cost, migration cost, processing cost
that support the cloud clone. When videos are transmitted from the source to the user through the

transmission cost infers to the bandwidth cost. When data is migrates from one node to another node this is
known as the migration cost to be bandwidth consumed. The cloud clone responses to user requests
correspond to the resources consumed the processing cost. Note the processing cost is constant no matter
where the cloud clone is placed. As a result, we only focus on the transmission cost and the migration cost in
this paper
In this research, we consider a practical model in which the media service managers rents cloud resources
from vendor-neutral cloud managers (e.g., Amazon AWS and Windows Azure). We adopt the on-demand
pricing system in this work, because media service is often real-time.

Dynamic Migration Algorithm:

We design an effective control algorithm using Lyapunov optimization techniques, which solves the optimal
migration problem in and bounds the time-averaged round-trip delays and queuing delays for each request.
We also discuss its practical implementation. Bounding Delays the optimization problem in includes a
constraint on time-averaged variable values, i.e., inequality. Our effective algorithm will only be able to
adjust variables in each time slot. How can we guarantee this inequality by governing the variable values
over time? To satisfy constraint, we resort to the virtual queue techniques in Lyapunov escalation.

III.CONCLUSIONS AND FUTURE WORK

With the initiation of cloud technologies, several applications of content distribution are considering a
switch towards cloud based applications intended for improved scalability. Our work will focus on cost
minimization in migration concerning general application content distribution that is on basis of
differentiated charging models concerning various data centres. We present a common optimization
structure for active, cost-minimizing relocation of the services concerning content distribution into hybrid
cloud. It will focus on minimization of recurring operational expenditure of content distribution scheme, not
one-time costs in private cloud. Our design is based on optimization in which minimization of cost as well
as response time guarantee are achieved at the same time by efficient development of content migration as
well as request dispatching between data centres. The Lyapunov optimization system was developed from
stochastic networks theory and was functional in routing as well as channel allotment in wireless networks,
in addition to few networks types that include peer-to-peer networks.
