CANTEEN FACILITIES FOR THE YEAR 2017-2018

Dear Parents,

In continuation with the previous circular, Scool Meal has provided a few more options and sharing the same with you.

Parents can access sCoolMeal website by clicking on the sCoolMeal Hyperlink provided in Edchemy.kumarans.org
Select and pay for their required Coupon Booklets (as per their choice)
Coupons will be colour coded as per age group as we have different pricing for children of Classes I to III, IV to VII, VIII to X and XI to XII
Parents of students who have purchased yearly, 30 days, 10 days and 5 day coupons for breakfast and lunch must schedule the meals for their child in
advance (by 10pm previous day) No cash will be accepted from students. Only valid Coupons will be accepted. This arrangement is done mainly to
avoid wastage or shortage of food as it is very difficult for the vendor to estimate the number of children availing breakfast or lunch on a particular
day.

Loss of Meal card

No coupons are being issued for breakfast or lunch and only card are being issued from this academic year.
It is compulsory for children to carry the card if they want to use canteen services on a particular day.
If the child loses the card, the penalty fee payable for a duplicate card is Rs 20 and this is for the I term only and we want the children to get used to
carrying card. However if the child loses a card after the Dasara vacation, the fine payable is Rs 100
