INTRO

ADMIN: We will be executing the project on need to need basis. There will a a designated person other

HR: Initially the HR team will be composed of 1 / 2 member assisted with Director and our expertise to
create a 10 member team that will start working from year one.

The training and induction models will be developed by HR team to process further recruitment needs.

Eduception will help in professional talent hiring and their induction.

OPERATION

The day to day operations in 1st year of school will be:

5. Security & Safety
6. Special Needs department
7. Cell of student grievances

FM

The school management will have at least three trustees. The budget is decided and controlled by
investing authority.
