Exam Guidelines and Materials Allowed

This 120 minute exam allows students to bring a restricted book and 1 A4 sheet of notes double sided or 2 sheets single sided. Students will receive an exam paper/answer book and can use any scientific or basic calculator, but no phones or tablets. The exam is worth 80 marks and 40% of the student's total grade. Students must show all work, circle or box all answers, and label any extra working clearly.

Examination Duration: 120 minutes

Exam Conditions:

Restricted Book exam: Students may bring in to the exam materials that the examiner permits.

Any scientific/graphics/basic calculator is permitted. No phones or tablets allowed.

Materials Permitted in the Exam Venue:

Restricted Book exam materials. Please provide details in the Free Text field below.

1 A4 sheet with notes on both sides (or two sheets with notes on one side only). Notes may be
handwritten, typed or photocopied.

Materials to be Supplied to Students:

1 x Write-on question paper/answer book

Instructions to Students:

1. 80 total marks worth 40% of total grade.

2. Complete all parts of all questions.

3. Show all work (no miracles!) in this paper and hand it in!!

4. Any type of calculator is allowed.

5. Pencil is permitted.

6. Use the BACK of the PREVIOUS page for extra working. Extra log and grid paper at the end of
exam script if required. Label all extra working clearly with the question number.
