EXAM RULES AND REGULATIONS

All learners are expected to strictly adhere to the following:

1. Be on time for all your exams. Know the dates and times of all your exams. Arrive at
school at least thirty (30) minutes before the start of each exam;
2. Be in full school uniform at all times;
3. Maintain the allocated sitting room and position at all times;
4. Do not become involved in any unfair or dishonest practice during the exam. Any
student found in possession of disallowed materials shall be disqualified from taking
the exam;
5. Any pencil cases taken into the exam room must be clear and colourless;
6. You must not take into the exam room: notes, text books or dictionaries;
7. No bags are allowed in the exam room;
8. You can carry drinking water into the exam room/hall in clear, colourless and
transparent bottles with no labels;
9. You are required to remove your watch (Smart) before entering the exam premises;
10. Do not use correcting pens, fluid or tape, erasable pens, highlighters or gel pens in
your answers;
11. Only take into the exam room the pens, pencils, erasers and any other equipment
which you need for the exam;
12. Do not borrow anything from another student during the exam. Have your own
stationery. You will not be allowed to borrow any item in the examination room/hall;
13. Silence must be maintained inside and around the examination room/hall;
14. Calculators should be of required specification; (graphic calculators, those with
integration differentiation or symbolic algebra manipulation, or have retrievable
information stored in them are not allowed);
15. Do not leave the exam room until told to do so by the supervisor/invigilator;
16. You will be free to leave the school once you have completed your exams for the day.
