Dear Paddy,

Id like to thank you for the wonderful assistance you have given me and my
students in our study abroad program in Ireland and Spain these last few
years. Youve done a great job in every respect. My only worry has been that
the students would begin to like you better than they like me.

Your knowledge of both Ireland and Spains Basque Country is always truly
impressive and you never fail to communicate that to us in ways we can
understand and digest. I also sincerely appreciate your arrangement of so
many of our logistics in such expert fashion: our time with you has always
proceeding in a smooth, orderly and enjoyable fashion.

We are lucky to have someone who can share his deep knowledge of Irish
and Spanish history, culture, politics, music, artthe list goesand then we
strap on our boots and head for breathtaking hikes through the Irish hills
and countryside, capped off by enjoyable evenings of Guinness and Irish
music in such authentic and charming venues.
