HH Horizon House August 5, 2017 ‘To Whom It May Concern: | am writing this letter regarding Jennifer Beaver, a Graduate Student in your Master's in the Administration of Human Services program. I have had the opportunity to know and work with Jennifer for more than seven years and I served as her direct supervisor for the first six years, For the past three months, I have had the opportunity to be her Field Supervisor for her Capstone Project. She has proven to be a hardworking and reliable individual in her Capstone Project and she possesses the skills to create workable systems to accomplish her goals. She has shown an aptitude for the project and was able to navigate internal barriers to see the project through to its conclusion. In addition, she gained insight on how to succeed with ageney-wide initiative. The results of this project include a much-needed critical assessment tool to be used by Horizon House for determining level of interventions required, The activities involved in this project, and the finished product that was produced demonstrate that Jennifer has the skills to help any organization.
