Configure the New Order type for Refurbishment Process

After providing the value in the respective fields. Save the data
Refurbishment Order processing indicator- check the order type which have created fopr
refurbishment processing and save.

Configure the number range for new order type.

First create the group for Refurbishment Order
Select the Element and press the F2 or select Element button and then select the group in
which you want to assign the new element. And press save button
Now assign the Order type in maintenance plant. Save
Set the planning indicator for Order Type

Settlement rule :Define Time and Distribution rule

For Refurbishment Order type System is not allowing you set the indicator for default
notification.
