RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Participation is by way of riding Yamaha Big Bike distributed by Hong Leong Yamaha Motor (HLYM) in the YAMAHA TRACK DAY
2. All participants must have a valid motorcycle licence, category B.
3. This indemnity form must be completely filled and return to HLYM.
4. Participant is responsible for, and will pay to make good any damage he/ she may cause whether deliberately,negligently or otherwise,
to any property of HLYM and Sepang International Kart Circuit.
5. DISCIPLINE IS A MUST, and those who violate any rules and regulations or refuse to follow instruction by the
Marshals will be asked to withdraw from the track day.

DO NOT FORGET!!
1. Please ensure your motorcycle is in tip top condition; preferably to service before track day and fit for the purpose of use on the circuit.
2. Safety Wear/ Attire, please wear your protective gear
* Full face helmet and secure properly * Riding jacket
* Proper riding boots, hand gloves * Riding pant

INDEMNITY DECLARATION

given in the participation form is correct; and at all times during the YAMAHA TRACK DAY, I will:-
1) Follow all rules & regulations as well as all instructions by the Marshals or officials of the YAMAHA TRACK DAY
2) To ride and obey all the rules & regulation of the circuit
And also, I hereby agree that should I violate the above during the YAMAHA TRACK DAY, I will be asked to withdraw from the track day.
I also agree and consent that I am participating in the YAMAHA TRACK DAY organized by HLYM at by our free will, I will also not
seek any damages or losses from HLYM or its organizer and any other 3rd party should I be involved in any accidents or suffer lost
or damages either in part or full during the YAMAHA TRACK DAY activity.

I/We have received and read the Hong Leong Group Privacy Policy (to which HLYM belongs) and agree that all personal data provided to
HLYM or acquired by HLYM from the public domain as well as personal data that arises as a result of the provision of services to me/us will
