(a) Valid Practicing Certificate issued under Professional Engineers Act Chapter 253;
(b) Certificate of Completion of Professional Course on ABC Waters Professional organized by IES and
had completed and passed examinations of 4 core modules and 2 electives modules;
(c) Certificate of IES membership and
(d) Academic qualification (certified true copy)
