Supply List Grade 4

Please bring these supplies on the first day of school in a bag. The supplies will be stored in
the classroom and used during the school year.
Individual
The following items are required for your child to be a successful, prepared fifth grader.
1 Composition notebook black and white marble
5 Spiral notebooks red, blue, green, yellow, purple
5 Two-pocket folders red, blue, green, yellow, purple
1 Homework folder any color/design
Backpack
Eraser
Pencil sharpener
GIRLS- 12 Pack of Mini Water bottles
BOYS- 1 Box of Gallon Ziplock bags
Classroom
The following items are always needed. These materials will be used throughout the year for the
benefit of our entire classroom.
#2 Pencils preferably sharpened
Binder paper 8 x 11 inches, wide-ruled
Colored pencils 24 count or less
Crayons 24 count or less
Dry erase markers black only
Glue sticks- 5 or more
Highlighters
Pens blue or red
Printer paper white
Scissors child-sized

Tissue (2 boxes)

DONATION: A cash donation of $5.00 is requested for our classroom fund. This money will be
used as needed to cover classroom supplies and other educational expenses.
FIELD TRIPS: In addition to the above donation, your ongoing support will be necessary in order
to fund field trips throughout the school year. Notices for specific field trip costs will be sent out
prior to each field trip.
