Please write a short message to your senior below. This will be printed in the
yearbooks senior tribute section.

Please note that copyrighted information cannot be published in our yearbook. Therefore,
song lyrics, poems, etc. cannot be published. A personalized message in your own words is
the best way to go. (Biblical verses are not copyrighted and are therefore allowed.)











The following is a list of items we will need to complete your order.

1. Provide up to two quality photos of your son/daughter for the printed

tribute. Please only mail in copied photos, not originals. Because the
photos will pass through so many hands, their return cannot be
guaranteed. Note that most senior tributes contain a photo from
childhood paired with a senior picture, but parents are free to choose
photos as they wish (as appropriate).

2. Provide the short message you want to have in your printed tribute
that follows the copyright guidelines.

3. Provide a check made out to Wood River Rural High School for
correct amount. Cash is also acceptable.

4. To submit you may

a. Mail the information to the school, attention journalism
department
b. Return the information to Mrs. Adelman
c. Email the information to yearbook@wrrsd.org. Please put
Senior Tribute in the subject line.

5. Deadline: Friday, March 2, 2018
