Classrooms different personalities

Children personalities are very sensitive until seventies when they are not children anymore.
This is the main reason why schooling is so important. The labour of the teacher is to make this
experience the most productive as possible, so they have to care about the mental health of
each children.

There are multiple personalities in each classroom, and it might happen that some of them will
not get on very well, creating a swirling atmosphere where teaching becomes a tedious labour.

To sidestep this, the teacher may choose the best way to orientate the class. Most of the times
this problems are settled by assigning a proper seat to the pupils, based on the different
characters.

Normally they choose their own seats, so there are no big problems. There are always some
with a magnetic character or who are very witty so that the rest want to remain near them.

Problems start to come where in a group we find a nave one and generally sharp-tongued-
children start doing offensive comments about him.(Dont know what person to choose
whether masculine or feminine ). This could come up with bullying, so it is important a fast
response. Only if problems worsen , should those who tend to get carried away, be insulated.

So depending in the personalities we may have to deal with, we will have to decide which path
to take to make the experience the better possible. Of course always regarding the parents,
that sometimes are very selfish and in some cases can turn into problems very easily.
