Causes of Diarrhea

Diarrhea is an infectious disease which can be caused by several factors. Firstly, dirty living
habit such as not washing hand before eating. Secondly, infection by Escherichia Coli
bacteria which present in contaminated water and food. Thirdly, consuming too spicy and
sour food cause the alimentary tract to unable to digest the food. Lastly, allergic to cows
milk which usually experienced by baby or toddlers also lead to diarrhea. By knowing the
factors, we are expected to apply healthy lifestyle.
