ABSTRACT
Customer satisfaction is customers fulfillment of product quality and product cost and its usage
and to identify customer satisfaction level towards IDEA CELLULAR SERVICES. This study
help to know the level of customer satisfaction and company also known the customers
expectation and to know how the customer come to know about their product, product Image,
Image awareness, and product price. This study also help to analyze the preference of people
about the product and perception of people towards idea cellular. Sample size is 120
