As per the service, the CV Makeover was included free or charge and the 2nd CV was completed until you are happy with
the first document.

The covering letter is again a free service and wouldnt be completed until you are happy with the first documents.

As these are FREE services and have not physically been paid for, then they arent covered by guarantees and dont
entitle you to any money back.

If you tell your writer that you are now ready to move on to have these documents completed, they will be happy to do
that for you.

Hi David/Cecelia - I have told umpteen number of times since day 1 to David why I am not happy with the service and the
outcomes of the resumes.

Your website clearly says 100% refund incase the client is not happy. And I am definitely not happy.

I will take this email as a final one since you guys are not keeping your word of a full refund.

You have left me no option but to take the harsh and unkind route to get my point my across which I have been mumbling
since the time I took this service up.

Sadly, you will be hearing from me soon. I will be collating all the emails and the recording and make sure it reaches the
right audience.

Let everyone know the "Industry Expert" in trading who looked after my resume didnt know the abbreviation AUM.
