II. REFLECTION
DEATH IS NOT THE END----------------- Zaya
This quotation by Zaya makes me realized that life is a continuous process.
Therefore, even when we die, our soul will continue living. This is somehow supported by
the bible, John 11:25 stated that I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in
me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never
die. This makes me feel comfortable because I was actually afraid to die because I dont
want to see my family being downed and I dont want to see them crying in my coffin. I
want to give all my life to them as long as I could, and I will do everything to give them a
better life.
My faith to God was tested, how I love and care myself as a human being. In
connection to my experienced, I lived to an environment which have a negative view about
death, but then, it was changed when I met these people, students of NVSU were their faith,
their soul, and everything, they give it all through Our Almighty. Praising, singing alleluia,
and give thanks to the Lord, makes them happy, there is fulfillment within their selves.
And as I go on, there is this person I never forgot, Nover Paclit, I didnt know him before,
but then, when we have this same subject, we became friends. And by that time, he always
wanted me to go to their church but I was always that Im busy, and he answered me back,
Give time to the Lord. It was very heavy message came from him and I was ahhhhh, I
dont know what would I answer. I just smile and let the call time be finished.
By then, many times he always called me, but refused. And when, Pastor Cayat and
Pastor Damaso arrived in my life, totally, I was cleared.
So, I have time know going to church, but still there are times that I cant go because
of my household chore.
Going back to the quotation, I am proud to say that I am not afraid of death, if it is
my time, then I will accept because life is only temporary, but my soul will continue to live
together with God. And I believed that I will arouse again from the death.
