MBA Executive Program

1. I, ______________________________________________ hereby confirm that I have

read and understood all the rules, regulation and procedures of the Institute of Business
Administration, Karachi (IBA) in general and specially for the MBA Executive Program.

2. I have read IBA Program Announcement, circulars, instructions and also visited the
website (s). I undertake to keep myself up to date on any revision, amendment in them
and also undertake to abide by all rules, regulations of the IBA Karachi failing which my
admission to the MBA Executive is liable to be cancelled.

3. I declare and confirm that I am eligible to join MBA Executive program based on my
Higher Education Commission Pakistans approved 16 years education and minimum 3
years of post qualification work experience. Any misstatement or inaccuracy found in
the above statement or supportive documents at any stage, shall result in my expulsion
from IBA.
