work for:

We are looking for candidates with excellent technical skills and experienced in working in an Agile
environment. Candidates are expected to have at least 8 years of overall experience in IT industry with
at least 6 years of experience providing L2/L3 support in production environments.

Role & Responsibilities (what will the person be doing on a day to day basis):

L2/L3 Support for applications on production systems (Incident Management, Problem

Management, Change Management etc.)
Application bug fixes and provide workarounds to users
Implement application chain monitoring
Experienced in working in an Agile environment
Knowledge of DevOps
Use scrum methodology and continuous delivery for releases
Design, build, test and run deployment scripts for various environments
Design, test, build and run monitoring scripts
Experienced in risk management (User management, software licenses, Operational Control
Desk)
Application Management activities (planning Life Cycle Management of application and
platform)

What we require/ Skills & Certifications.

Strong Oracle PL/SQL, SQL knowledge

Unix (Linux) administration knowledge
Shell scripting
Conversant with Oracle DBA activities
Build and Deployment automation
Experience on TWS-d scheduler
 Willing to analyse database for bugs, provide possible solutions
