A software company founded by three college fresh grads makes financial software for small scale

professional service firms. It became a huge hit which made the company grow and the founders to not
keep up with that sudden escalation. Susan Boyd, a representative from the venture capital firm, which is
Radiata Softwares biggest source of funds, suggested that they need to associate with professional
people who has great experience on how to handle a company. Those people indeed made a huge
contribution to the companys management, but their relationship with the younger trio did not go well.
After how many months, the professional ones felt isolated and they felt like the younger trio secretly
meet each other and make decisions without them. Radiata Software is now controlled by two different
camps, and now Rob, served as CEO, realized that there is lack of communication between both camps
and losing either one of those professional ones will be the loss of the companys source of funds.

Problem Statement:

Radiata Software is having brisk progress and in need of help from professional and more experienced
people. But the younger trio are hard-headed and acts like they dont need help and ends up isolating the
new managers. Now the company is controlled by two different group.
