PETITION

The undersigned petitioner respectfully requests the Honorable

Commission on Elections (COMELEC) to exclude his name in the Voters

List of Precinct 289A1 Barangay Sta. Cristina II, Dasmarias, Bagong

Bayan, Dasmarias, Cavite, due to the fact that he is already registered

in the Voters List of Precincts 292A1 where he is residing.

Consequently, the double registration is due to mistake and inadvertence

and not to defraud.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that the instant

Petition be granted and that the name of ROBERT PALAA be excluded

in the Voters List of Precinct 289A1.

Petitioner prays for other relief just and equitable.

I, ROBERT P. PALAA, of legal age, married, with residence at Blk.

M, Lot 3, Brgy. Sta. Cristina II, Dasmarias Bagong Bayan, Dasmarias,
Cavite, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby
deposes and states:

1. I am the petitioner who caused the preparation of the

foregoing Petition;

2. I have read and understood the allegations contained therein

which are true and correct to the best of my own personal
knowledge and belief and authentic records;

3. There is no other case pending in any tribunal, commission

or agency or court involving the same case and that should
there come to my knowledge that the is a case involving the
same case and parties pending before any tribunal,
commission agency or court, I will inform the Honorable
Court of the matter within five (5) days from knowledge
thereof.
