AUTHORITY TO OFFER FOR SALE

That I, LEONARDO B. TORRES, Filipino, of legal age, in my

capacity as the President/Chairman of CAVITEO-ANTIQUENO FARMERS
ASSOCIATION (CAFA) INC., an association duly organized and existing under
and by virtue of the laws of the Philippines, with office address at Greenbreeze
Village, Langkaan 1, Dasmarias City, Cavite, as per Board Resolution No.
025-CAFA-2014, hereby appoint and authorize NORA B. ESCULTURA and
RODEL SARINO, to negotiate for the sale of the real property located at Brgy
Sabang, Naic, Cavite with an area of more or less THREE HUNDRED NINETY
(390 HAS.) Hectares, hereinafter reffered to as FLS-04-000305-D for
_____________________________ per square meter.

This Authority is a first come first served basis and will effect for
thirty (30) days upon signing of this instrument.
