AFFIDAVIT

We, JULIA M. CALAPARAN, TERESITA M. SEBASTIAN,

FELICIDAD M. RAMELB, DANIEL S. MARTIN, NICORACION M.
PASCUAL, all of legal age, Filipino Citizens and presently
residing at Brgy. Ferdinand Marcos, Ilocos Norte,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law do hereby depose and state;

That we are the absolute co-owners of a parcel of land,

situated at Brgy. Ferdinand, Marcos, Ilocos Norte,
Philippines, which is Lot No. _____________ of the Cadastral
Survey of __________________;

That we have caused the subdivision of the said parcel

of land into fifteen (15) parcels of land and was duly
registered in our favor;

That the corresponding Transfer Certificates of Title

Nos. T-___________ were duly issued in our respective
names;

That we noticed that there is an annotation included in

the title issued in our respective name as Entry No. 29166 –
Adverse Claim of Remigia Corpuz;

That Remigia Corpuz is our predecessor-in-interest;

That being the heirs of Remigia Corpuz, said annotation

of adverse claim no longer stands as the land subject of her
claim is already transferred to us through intestate
succession, reason or which it is no longer necessary to
include the said annotation in the new transfer certificates
that were issued in our favor;

That we hereby request the proper authorities to cancel

the Annotation (Entry No. 29166 – Adverse Claim in favor of
Remigia Corpuz) in our respective titles;
