AFFIDAVIT OF THE TRANSFERORS

We, BERNABE G. MANAGBANAG, SR., EMMANUEL M. MANAGBANAG, BERNABE

M. MANAGBANAG, JR., RAQUEL M. BAYOBO, CASTRENCE M. MANAGBANAG,
REDENTOR M. MANAGBANAG, and GEMMA M. REFORZADO, of legal ages, Filipinos, and
presently residing at Barangay Poblacion, Kananga, Leyte, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with the law, do hereby depose and say under oath:

1. That we are the SELLERS/TRANSFERORS of the parcel of land located in Barangay Lonoy,
Kananga, Leyte, particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 12015 before Lot no. 10787-C, Csd-8235-D, of the
Cadastral Survey of Ormoc, Cadastral Case No. 38, LRC Cadastral Record No.
1861), situated in Lonoy, Kananga, Leyte; bounded on the x x x, containing and
area of EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVER (8,477)
SQUARE METERS, more or less; covered by Original Certificate of Title No.
N-1885 of the Registry of Deeds for the Province of Leyte”.

2. That the above-said property was sold to Spouses Dominador R. Miro and Luz M. Managbanag, is
a portion of the RETENTION AREA for us and our family and the same is not a subject of
disposal to qualified agrarian beneficiaries pursuant to the agrarian reform law;

3. That this affidavit is executed in compliance with the Administrative Order No. 1, Series of 1989,
as well as to show proof that the same is indeed portion of our retention area;

4. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing statement and for
whatever purpose this may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures, this __________ day of March
