AFFIDAVIT OF TRANSFERROR AND NON TENANCY

We, LAUREANO R. DE DIOS JR., of legal age, married to Rosita F. De Dios and HANZL F.
DE DIOS, single, both of legal ages, Filipino, with residence and postal address at Sto. Cristo,
City of Malolos, Bulacan, Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law,
hereby depose and say:

1. That we transferred to EMMAROSA P. MARTINEZ and JESUS DANIEL P.

MARTINEZ the parcel of land located at Barangay Bayabas, Labo, Camarines Norte,
containing an area of Forty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Seven (48,637)
Square Meters, covered and embrace by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 74198, by
virtue of Deed of Absolute Sale, was docketed under Doc. No. 492; Page No. 100;
Book No. 114; Series of 2018; notarized by Atty. Hector L. Laganson, a Notary Public
for and in Camarines Norte, dated August 14, 2018;

2. That I hereby state that the land above mentioned is not tenanted nor worked by
any agricultural lessee;

3. That I am executing this affidavit in compliance with (DAR) Department of Agrarian

Reform Administrative Order No. 1 series of 1989 as well as to show proof that my
total aggregate land holdings inclusive of the land above-mentioned does not exceed
five (5) hectares and the same is non-tenanted and for whatsoever legal purpose it
may deem necessary.

That we, EMMAROSA P. MARTINEZ and JESUS DANIEL P. MARTINEZ, both legal
ages, Filipino citizens, with residence and postal address at Capt. Abano Street Daet,
Camarines Norte, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby deposes
and say,

1. That we are the transferees of a portion of land located at Barangay Bayabas,

Labo, Camarines Norte, containing an area of Forty Eight Thousand Six Hundred
Thirty Seven (48,637) Square Meters from the total area of Ninety Seven
Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Five (97,275) Square Meters, covered and embrace
by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 74198, by virtue of Deed of Absolute Sale, was
docketed under Doc. No. 492; Page No. 100; Book No. 114; Series of 2018; notarized
by Atty. Hector L. Laganson, a Notary Public for and in Camarines Norte, dated
August 14, 2018;

2. That we are executing this affidavit in compliance with (DAR) Department of

Agrarian Reform Administrative Order No. 1 series of 1989 as well as to show
proof that the area of the above-mentioned transactions does not exceed our
retention limit of not more than five (5) hectares as prescribed by
Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Law.
