NOTICE TO DEMOLISH/VACATE ILLEGAL STRUCTURE

Greetings!

In view that your structure is considered nuisance, hence,

illegal and violative of exisiting laws and ordinances, notice is
hereby served and given to you to vacate and/or demolish your
structure otherwise, this Office will be constrained to file
necessary action against you in court and summarily demolish
the same at your own expense.
