COMES NOW, plaintiffs CONRADO MAZO, JR. and CHARITY MAZO,

thru the undersigned counsel, and unto this Honorable Court, most
respectfully aver, that:

1. During the scheduled hearing on April 14, 2021, the plaintiffs were
directed by the Honorable Court to submit the latest Tax Declaration
covering Lot 1462-P, containing the latest assessed value of the
property subject in this case, which would eventually aid the court in
resolving the Motion to Dismiss.

2. In compliance with the said order, the plaintiffs hereby submit a

certified true copy of the latest Tax Declaration for Lot No. 1462-P
with ARP No. 97-017-1413 registered to Conrado Mazo, Jr. as Annex
“A” and a certified copy of Field Appraisal and Assessment Sheet
ARP No. 97-017-1176 as Annex “B”, both issued by the Office of the
Municipal Assessor of Baao.

3. The latest Assessed Value for Lot No. 1462-P as of Taxable Effectivity
Year 2018 is Php12,880.00.
