URGENT MOTION TO ALLOW THE ACCUSED

TO UNDERGO MEDICAL CHECK-UP

COMES NOW, accused, CRISANTO RIEL, assisted by the

Public Attorney’s Office, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully
states that:

1. Accused, CRISANTO RIEL is currently detained at BJMP

Gumaca, Quezon;

2. Accused is suffering from painful rectal area due to wound

infection (anus area);

3. Considering the present health condition by the accused, it is

imperative that he be allowed to undergo medical check-up in a
government hospital as soon as possible for urgent medical
treatment;

WHEREFORE, premises considered and in the interest of

justice and for humanitarian consideration, it is respectfully prayed
that the accused be allowed to undergo medical check-up in a
government hospital as soon as possible for urgent medical
treatment.
