The owner of property ___________________________________ hereby grants to the producer and

his/her production crew permission to the above location. For the purpose of filming audio recording
both interior and exterior scenes within the premises and also for the use of photography for the
above production. The owner of this property also signs the rights to release all liability from the
recording, editing, distribution and sale of the above project.

The above letter is in reference to covering the following:

The rights to bring the following: production crew/personnel, equipment for the purpose of
photography, film making and audio recording using equipment consisting of; Camera, camera
lighting (LED light), microphone, Tripod, batteries etc.

The above mentioned producer also has the rights to distribute and sell this production/product as
he/she sees necessary this could include any form of media/ social media. I the owner of this
property wave all rights to the above mentioned producer.
